Rick & Esther Raja

Rick is married to Esther and they have a son, Joshua. Rick and Esther first met at a Mission Breakfast in October 2013 with a joint desire to share the gospel with those who haven’t heard. Rick became a christian in 2007 from a Hindu background. Having practised as a medical doctor for a number of years and having worked in a mission hospital, he saw the desperate and urgent need for people to hear the good news of Jesus. So he completed a ministry apprenticeship, the Cornhill Training Course and studied theology in London before pursuing a ThM (Masters in Theology) with Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary, USA. Esther grew up being taught about Jesus by her parents and grew to love him for herself as a child. She worked as a PE teacher for 12 years, served as a missionary in Ethiopia for 3 years and had been Youth and Children’s Worker at Grace Church Worcester Park for 6 years. Both have been getting their heads around parenting whilst planning and preparing to start this new church.

Simon & Helen Percy

Simon Percy is Pastor Training International’s Director of Ministry, involved in training pastors globally. Simon has joined All Nations as Senior Elder. Simon has a wealth of experience in pastoral ministry and training men for church leadership, having previously been Senior Pastor of Woodford Evangelical Church for 23 years. Helen works as a teacher in a local school. They are both exited about serving on the leadership team. Simon and Helen have seven grown up children and countless grandchildren and have lived in the local area for many years.
